This Privacy Policy applies to Resound Collective Limited “RCL” collecting, using, disclosing, processing your personal data, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012. “Personal Data” shall mean data, about an individual who can be identified from that data; or from that data and other information which an organisation has or is likely to have access.
By interacting with us, submitting information to us, and signing up for any events, performances or services offered by us, you agree and consent to RCL collecting, using, disclosing and processing your Personal Data, within RCL and its authorised service providers or relevant third parties (e.g. ticketing agents or survey companies).
