SYNOPSIS

Sigur Rós will play alongside Resound Collective, for two shows on 25 & 26 February, at the Esplanade Theatre.

The Icelandic band has embarked on an impressive orchestra tour that showcases their ethereal soundscapes with orchestral arrangements. Classical pieces from their discography are reimagined in a grander context.

The band – guitarist Jón Þór “Jónsi” Birgisson, bassist Georg Hólm and keyboardist Kjartan Sveinsson – will perform a mix of newer tracks alongside beloved favourites, promising a captivating journey through their music.
