Resound Collective 2025: A Vintage Year

Dear Friends and Supporters of Resound Collective,

This year Resound Collective has grown on many fronts, with an unprecedented range of concerts in the most diverse venues ever – Concerts in the Esplanade Concert Hall, Theatre and Recital Studio, and The Star Performing Arts Centre, in addition to concerts at the Victoria Concert Hall and Yong Siew Toh Conservatory Concert Hall.

Even as Resound Collective has always sought to work with a broad spectrum of artistic collaborators, our partners for 2025 have been exceptionally remarkable, including the Icelandic post-rock band Sigur Rós, the Final Fantasy video game concert Distant Worlds and Kalaa Utsavam, Esplanade’s Indian Festival of Arts, partnering legendary Vedic metal rock band Rudra in a unique commission.

Our thanks to the following organisations NAC, MCCY, SNYO and Low Tuck Kwong Foundation for their continued support; as well as guest soloists, musicians and concertmaster Yang Shuxiang for journeying with us.
